FanDuel is worth a look if you want familiar live tables alongside a broader casino app. Start with the games you enjoy, then check your state's cashier and offer. If you already use FanDuel Sportsbook, check whether you still qualify as a new customer.

Live games: where to start

Fancy blackjack or a few spins of roulette? Those are sensible starting points at FanDuel. Its live range includes branded tables alongside shared games, with baccarat and presenter-led shows among the other choices. The exact selection depends on your state.

Public live-game selection

Evolution supplies the core live-dealer range. Playtech also reports launching live game shows with FanDuel in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan during 2025. That is evidence of a supplier relationship, not a promise that every game is available to every account.

The welcome offer: check your state first

FanDuel's offers vary by state and joining link. Open the promotion in your own account before depositing, and save its terms. A slot-spin offer may have little value to you if you came only for live blackjack.

A dated Michigan example

The advertisement checked on 12 October offers 1,000 Huff N' Puff spins and $25 Casino Bonus after a qualifying $5 deposit. Spins arrive 50 a day for 20 days, with 1x playthrough and first-deposit-state restrictions. Each batch expires after seven days. The $25 is expiring site credit, not cash.

The advertised deadline is 1 November 2026. Previous wagering on FanDuel Sportsbook, Casino, Betfair Casino or Mohegan Sun Casino rules out eligibility. The full linked terms were inaccessible: check them before opting in.

Michigan advertisement and full promotion link

For live-dealer players: the spins are for the named slots. Do not assume the separate credit works on your preferred table, or that another state's offer has the same conditions.

Already have an account? The Rewards Club notes explain what to check without treating a reward as a reason to increase your spending.

Deposits and cashing out

Published payment choices include debit card, online banking, PayPal and Venmo, subject to your state, account and payment provider. FanDuel's current help says its US casino no longer accepts credit-card deposits.

Payment choices and the credit-card restriction

Minimum deposit: check the amount beside your chosen method in the cashier. A qualifying offer deposit is not a universal minimum for every payment method.

How long does a withdrawal take?

FanDuel publishes the following US method estimates. These are guidance, not results from our own cashout tests, and checks can add time. The New Jersey contract separately allows up to three business days for processing, subject to specified exceptions. Do not read a wallet estimate as an unconditional end-to-end promise.

MethodPublished method estimateWorth knowing
Eligible debit cardUp to 24 hoursThe card must support withdrawals.
PayPalUp to 24 hoursArrival in the wallet is separate from moving it to your bank.
VenmoUp to 24 hoursCheck that your account offers this route.
Online bankingThree to five business daysBusiness days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
US timing guidance and New Jersey processing terms

Most withdrawal methods require an earlier deposit through that method. FanDuel lists online banking, cheque and cash at the counter as exceptions to that condition; availability still depends on the account and state.

PayPal and Venmo need a linked bank account, not just a card. Check this before you rely on either wallet for a withdrawal.

Wallet withdrawal requirements

If you are returning an unused deposit, contact support about a refund. FanDuel may send unused funds back to their original payment method. You should not place unwanted bets just to turn a deposit into a cashout.

The tracker matters: Completed means FanDuel has sent the payment, not necessarily that your bank has credited it. Keep the reference and check with support if the expected delivery window has passed.

The player perspective

What players report

8selected player accounts8 across all locations · 4 platforms

The useful question is what actually happened: could the player open their game, use an offer or get their money? These selected accounts give that detail, with the reported outcome kept beside each story.

Checked 12 October 2026. Self-reported experiences from a selected sample; transactions haven't been independently verified. Eight selected casino accounts across Trustpilot, Apple, Google Play and Reddit. Seven were published in 2026; a 2025 payment account sits in a separate historical group. None is a sports-bet or fantasy-contest complaint.

01

Keep the error, not just the balance

Victor's repeated slot interruptions are the sort of problem that needs a game name, round ID, time and screenshot. Those details give support something specific to investigate; a bad run of results cannot explain a technical fault.

02

Check what a payment update means

The older withdrawal account separates a bank payment from cash being ready to collect. That is a useful distinction when following your own request: approval, collection and receipt are different steps.

03

Keep a copy of your own offer

Muyang's dissatisfaction with promotions comes without the offer itself. Save the rules and expiry when you opt in, so any later question can be checked against what you were actually offered.

How we put these meta reviews together

What we included

Identifiable public authors describing a concrete experience, including successes, problems and follow-ups. Each card preserves the source, location evidence, date and reported outcome. Country-profile labels don't verify an account's jurisdiction.

What we left out

We left out sports-only disputes, fantasy contests, prediction markets, referral posts, duplicate stories and loss-only claims of rigged games. App reviews advertising an unrelated casino were excluded. Canadian accounts and the separate Mohegan Sun app were not mixed into this US selection. We do not combine ratings from different apps or use FanDuel's broad Trustpilot score as a casino rating.

How to read the findings

The selection is editorial, not a survey or an exhaustive census. People choose whether to post, and complaint sites attract problems. We don't average incompatible platform ratings or turn these reports into a complaint rate.

Where the evidence stops

One positive, one mixed and six critical accounts. This is a selected reading list, not a satisfaction survey or complaint rate. App-store and profile countries do not verify where somebody played. We have not tested these transactions or faults. The single live-poker account does not identify a game or establish how the wider live lobby performs.

Trustpilot publication and experience dates were checked in its page data. Apple's underlying datetime values supply the years hidden by short date labels. Google shows a full date. The Reddit post is dated 6 June 2025; it is deliberately labelled as history. Different usernames do not prove different real people.

Have a payment question? Compare these experiences with the published withdrawal routes and limits. For an existing dispute, use the local escalation guidance.

Use the official help centre for account assistance. Keep a payment reference or game-round number handy, along with the time and any error message. If you need to send ID, use the secure route supplied by FanDuel, not a public review or social-media reply.

Support and identity checks

A slow video feed and an unsettled bet are different problems. Check your game and transaction history before placing another wager, and ask support to investigate the specific round if the record is unclear.

Joining, ID and location checks

You must be 21 or over and physically in an eligible casino state to play. FanDuel checks identity and location; having its sportsbook app does not make the casino available wherever sports betting is offered.

Casino eligibility and identity requirements

Use your own details and a payment method you are entitled to use. Registration normally asks for the last four digits of your Social Security number; full details or photo ID may be requested. Make sure your details match before you fund the account.

Verification guidance

If location checks fail: follow the official troubleshooting steps, enable the required location access and turn off VPN or proxy software. A VPN cannot make you eligible outside a permitted state.

What protects customer balances?

Michigan's terms describe a separate customer-funds account. West Virginia requires reserves covering outstanding gaming balances. These are state-specific safeguards, not a guarantee of an immediate payout or the outcome of a dispute.

State customer-funds safeguards

If support has not resolved a problem

Ask for a formal complaint reference. Give the dates, disputed amount, relevant round or payment number and the outcome you want. Keep the correspondence. Use the regulator for the state where you played if the operator's process does not resolve it.

Regulator complaint guidance

Connecticut players should use DCP's gaming complaint guidance for the Mohegan Sun service. The additional licence notes include relevant enforcement history.

Controls worth setting before you play

Choose a budget before the first deposit, then use the limits available in your account. A deposit limit and a wagering limit measure different things: one controls money paid in, the other money staked. Neither guarantees how long a balance will last.

Available account controls

FanDuel's My Spend dashboard helps you review account activity. Use your whole history, rather than a memorable win, when deciding whether gambling still fits your budget.

The account activity dashboard

For a break, check the time-out and self-exclusion options in the Play Well centre. A chosen exclusion is not something to work around with another account. If money remains in an excluded account, ask support about its return.

Breaks, exclusion and account funds

Our safer-gambling page explains the options and support routes.

Who is FanDuel likely to suit?

It is worth comparing if you want familiar live tables alongside a broader casino app. Start with the game you actually want to play and a payment method you can use in both directions. A slot-heavy welcome reward should not decide the choice for a blackjack player.

For New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, compare DraftKings, Fanatics and Horseshoe. Check the same table rules and cashout route at each. The casino comparison and US casino guide help narrow the choice.

Questions players ask

Can I play wherever FanDuel Sportsbook is available?

No. Casino access has separate state restrictions. See the places covered by this review, including the separate Connecticut service.

Does FanDuel have real live dealers?

Yes. Its live range includes streamed dealer games. Check the game guide and your state lobby for the table you want.

Is every game called live actually live dealer?

No. First Person games are digital; Auto Roulette uses a physical wheel without a human host. The individual notes explain the differences.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Current US help says casino credit-card deposits are no longer accepted. See payment options.

Is the welcome bonus the same in every state?

No. The offer section identifies the market and evidence behind the example shown.

Does a completed withdrawal mean the money is in my bank?

Not necessarily. It means FanDuel has sent it; your payment provider may still need time. See cashout timing.

Are these your own gambling and payout tests?

No. We checked published terms, games, regulator records and attributed player experiences. Our methodology explains the limits.

Can I use a VPN?

Do not use one to get around location requirements. Follow the official location-check guidance if you are in an eligible state and having trouble.

Rewards Club: check the return without chasing it

Rewards Club includes points and promotional benefits, but the earn rate and usable reward matter more than the tier's name. Read your current account terms for eligible games, expiry and how any bonus can be used.

Do not treat advertised bonus-back percentages as cash returned on every bet or as a reduction in a game's house edge. Extra play to reach a reward still exposes your own money to loss.

Rewards Club information
Payment checks before the first deposit

Check three separate things: whether a method accepts deposits, whether it can receive withdrawals, and whether it must be used to deposit first. A payment logo alone does not answer all three.

Keep a dated copy of the cashier information as well as your transaction confirmation. That gives you something concrete to refer to if you later need help.

Licensing history and what it tells us

New Jersey's Order 2975 records a $25,000 penalty in a case concerning a computer coding error. The order adopts action dated 31 March 2026; it does not provide enough detail to infer the effect on individual casino players.

The New Jersey order

On 23 July 2025, Pennsylvania announced a $40,000 fine involving FanDuel's employee-licensing obligations. This is relevant compliance history, not evidence that a particular customer's game or withdrawal was handled incorrectly.

Pennsylvania's enforcement announcement

A licence provides a regulator and a complaint process. It does not remove gambling risk or settle every individual dispute in advance.

What the pictures and branded tables establish

A genuine studio photograph shows how that studio looked when published. A supplier's illustration explains a game format. Neither proves a table is open in your state today. We label these differences in the gallery.

We have not counted promotional tiles as live tables, carried a supplier's international stakes into a US account, or described publisher artwork as a session we played.

How we checked this review

Checked 12 October 2026. We read operator help, state contracts, regulator records, public game listings, supplier announcements and attributed player accounts. We separated the four-state FanDuel Casino edition from Connecticut's Mohegan Sun service and Canadian products.

We did not open a funded account, gamble, withdraw or measure support responses. Payment times are operator estimates. Current welcome terms were not fully readable, so the Michigan offer is presented as a dated advertisement with that limitation.

Public player accounts are selected experiences, not our own firsthand testing or a representative survey. Images are credited to their publishers. Our editorial approach explains the method; send dated evidence through corrections if something has changed.
